What Bumped is

Bumped Tennis ("Bumped") organizes tennis results you bring in from your own accounts and shows trends and estimates. Bumped is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the USTA, UTR Sports, or the ITF.

Estimates are not official ratings

Every rating, level, probability or prediction on Bumped is an estimate from our own model. Official ratings are set only by the organizations that publish them. Don't rely on Bumped for team eligibility, appeals, or any decision where an official rating is required.

Your account and your data

You may import only your own results, from accounts you are allowed to use. You're responsible for following the terms of the sites you import from. You can delete your account and data at any time by emailing us.

Paid plans

Pro monthly renews each month until you cancel in Billing. A season pass is a one-time payment for the period shown at checkout and does not renew. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right, including refunds where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape Bumped, resell its output, import other people's private data, or try to get around the paywall or security.

No warranty

Bumped is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continuing to use Bumped means you accept the update.
